Participants must be either first-time moms with a baby between 0–3 months old or first-time expecting moms currently in their 2nd or 3rd trimester, with no older children. Selected participants will be asked to complete a brief post-study homework assignment. Those who complete all study requirements will receive a $500 digital incentive, paid by the client after the study concludes.
